Cue Soul does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, or any opportunity to win real money, cash prizes, or physical rewards. All in-game currencies, tokens, points, scores, rankings, and virtual items are fictional, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
